2Girl Roasters | Cibo Caffe & BakeryWebsite2 Girl Roaster 2girl beans are roasted daily on a Giesen W6 Roaster handcrafted in Holland. Coffee people know it as one of the finest roasters in the world. Non-coffee people know it as the big, red machine in the middle of the cafe. Our coffees are named after girls we know and love; Lisa, Jessica, Dawn, Alison. If one of them is your name, please don't read too much into it. It's probably just a coincidence. If you come here a lot, we might name a coffee after you. But no promises. Cibo Cibo pronounced "Chee-bo" = food is a simplistic vision for how food should be purchased, prepared and enjoyed. Cibo serves breakfast, lunch and now dinner in a contemporary, relaxed environment. Our food combines products sourced locally and seasonally through our long standing relationships with our purveyors.

Farmers Markets, Farms, Orchards & Mills, Groceries & Markets
Mill Valley Market & FarmWebsiteOur commitment to local, farm direct, organic produce goes a step further than most markets. Farmer JimFormer owner Jim Canepa, the heart and soul of Mill Valley Market, was "Farmer Jim." He loved the farming life and grew beautiful organic fruits and vegetables for the market on a small farm in Glen Ellen, that we sold labeled as Farmer Jims Produce. Although Jim Canepa passed away in October 2007, his sons Doug and David, and grandsons Ryan and Wesley, are committed to continue what he started. During 2008, Doug and David increased the land under cultivation so that the selection of home grown organic produce could be expanded at Mill Valley Market. In 2010 Farmer Jim's Produce was renamed Mill Valley Market Farm. |

Slide RanchWebsiteSlide Ranch is a non-profit teaching farm located at a historic coastal dairy perched above the ocean in the Marin Headlands within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA). Slide Ranch staff operate the farm using a turn of the century farmhouse, old creamery and several outbuildings situated along a scenic coastal bluff. Organic gardens, goats, sheep, chickens and ducks, along with numerous coastal trails, tide-pools and pocket beaches, provide an ideal outdoor venue for teaching about healthy foods, healthy living and environmental awareness. Slide Ranch uses food, which we eat every day, as the organizing theme to teach about our connection to the sun, soil, water, air and people who work to feed us. |
